Judicial Confirmation Network Campaign Will Backfire
The recent campaign from the Judicial Confirmation Network will backfire. Their attempts at smearing Senator Obama will backfire. Why some want to promote any candidate by having to smear the opponent is a mystery to me...
There are far more important things ahead for the country, but any back alley cat loves its kittens more than anything else. Politics has certainly become a somewhat dirty business when some won't see the big picture, but want to spread their bitterness like poison.
In other words: I'm glad it's soon over when the next President has been elected. :-)

Book Sales - Amazon Figures
Funny actually, but the Republicans are desperados - total despair is rocking the boat at the end of an era. The Bush-era. Now, even book sales are entering the debates in some circles with all sorts of presentations being made about red, blue or purple books on Amazon. All that is needed is to look at the following graphic to see who sells best.
Why all the frustration and confusion about what type of people buy what type of books? There is an income difference that influences part of the choice. Some people simply can't afford books, and they deserve our empathy. Next time you want to throw some out, consider reselling them so others can benefit from them, or perhaps even give them to charity so others can benefit. Private library facilities at hospices, day care centers etc could also benefit from your donations of books.
Why throw something out that could benefit others? These are some of the many aspects why many feel Senator Barack Obama is a breath of fresh air in politics. A whole new mentality is setting in, and we need a superpower that believes in the words "Yes We Can"

Listen to Obama
Some people seem bent on misunderstanding anything Senator Obama says. It seems like instead of listening to the man, some want THEIR own prejudices somehow posted into whatever he says.
I recommend everyone listens to Obama. If they did they would hear good ethics and morality - something sorely missing when you want to go to war with anyone with whom you might disagree with.

Senator Obama Says It Clearly - Yes You Can...
The ads are clear. Senator Obama IS the best candidate for the Presidential elections in November. Wanted to share them with you, the readers of the blog.

Abuse of Power a Republican Quality?
On July 28th 2008 it was announced that "Investigation to begin into whether Governor Sarah Palin abused her power in firing Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan", and luckily - on August 30th it was declared that "Despite VP nomination, Palin investigation continues".
You need to pray solidly for John McCain's health if he is ever elected President because when power corrupts and VP-wannabee has already achieved such notoriety for having a difficulty in selecting between private and public interests, it would be far worse to ever see her handle national security.
If John McCain ever thought he would get a card that could attract disgruntled voters who wished Senator Clinton had won over Senator Barack Obama, he need not worry. No decent woman would ever abuse her position to handle private disputes in public. It may be Republican, but we've seen enough backstabbing in the years since Bill Clinton left the White House.
If ever in doubt, think of the danger of Governor Palin ever having to handle so much power when she has so little talent for it.

Strong Choice of Vice-President
It speaks very loudly of both the integrity and fairness of Senator Obama to choose a candidate for Vice President who formerly spoke against him. Unlike McCain, who follows the George Bush tradition of only surrounding themselves with yes-men, it is good to supplement one another. Sometimes disagreeing is the best first step for good friendships and good work relations. It speaks louder than any smear-campaigns that come out from the Republican camps.
